What happened to my old account?

If you've given online to City First Church in the past, all of your account information, including your username and password, have been securely migrated to this new Member Portal. The next time you login to give, you'll use the username and password you've always used.

Are my previous recurring gifts still active?

Yes. All recurring giving profiles are still active and will be processed on time. You can view and manage your recurring gifts by logging into your account on the new Member Portal.

How do I get a Contribution Statement or view my Giving History?

Your giving history can be viewed at anytime in your account. Annual contribution statements are also mailed to you at the end of each calendar year.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can give online with your checking or savings account through ACH payment. We also accept major credit and debit cards containing the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logos.

How often will payments be pulled from my account?

When setting up your online gift, you can select how many times and when your gift will be made.

Can I give to a specific fund?

Yes. You can designate your giving to any of the available funds including: Tithe, General Fund, and Love Works.

How do I edit my recurring gift?

Visit and login to your account. You can change the Frequency, Start Date, and Amount that you'd like to contribute by selecting the "Edit" button.

If you wish to stop the automated giving program you can click the "Delete" button. Once you delete your profile you can create a new one at any time.

How do I edit my payment accounts?

Visit and login to your account. There, you can delete your saved payment accounts.

If the payment account you deleted is connected to a recurring gift, you’ll need to delete the recurring gift, and schedule a new recurring gift with a new payment account.

If you need to add a new payment account, set up a new gift and at the end of the transaction, select the option to save the payment account.
